Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and driven Video Producer to join our production team. This person will play a key role in bringing client stories to life—from concept and scripting to filming and post-production. The ideal candidate is both visionary and hands-on, able to handle the full production process while collaborating closely with our creative and account teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and produce video content for a wide range of marketing initiatives including brand stories, social media campaigns, TV spots, and digital ads

• Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and clients to develop engaging visual narratives

• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for on-location and in-studio shoots

• Oversee editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to deliver polished final videos

• Manage production schedules, shot lists, and budgets to ensure timely project delivery

• Stay current on video trends, social media formats, and emerging technology

• Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring consistent file management and backups
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in video production, ideally within an agency or creative environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related video editing software

• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing, composition, and brand tone

• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio setups

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
   

Nice-to-Haves

• Drone operation experience and FAA Part 107 certification

• Photography or motion design skills

• Experience producing for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads)

• Familiarity with animation or 3D software
